A short, useful privacy notice.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Sentrello uses the information you choose to submit through this website to understand your request, respond to you, and decide whether a conversation is useful. We do not ask for sensitive personal data through the inquiry form.

What we collect

We may collect your name, work email, organization, optional phone number, business type, requested services, project description, timeline, budget range, preferred contact method, referral information, and the time of your consent. We also receive basic technical information needed to protect the form from abuse.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to reply, qualify a request, schedule a conversation when requested, operate the internal lead dashboard, prevent abuse, and improve the site. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Service providers

Depending on the final launch configuration, information may be processed by DigitalOcean, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare, the configured email provider, and the configured booking provider. These providers are used to host, secure, store, or deliver the service.

Retention and deletion

Non-client inquiries are intended to be retained for up to 24 months after their last activity. Records identified as spam are intended to be removed sooner. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@sentrello.dev. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, limited staff access, rate limits, and operational logs that are designed not to contain passwords or full inquiry contents. No internet service can promise absolute security.
